Where is your store located?
Unfortunately during this time Best Case Ontario does not have an official retail location. This is a major goal of ours to eventually be able to call a store our own. In the meantime we operate solely through our website, consignment locations, events and markets. Click on Events and Locations and sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of the page to be the first to find out about our current locations and upcoming events and pop-up shops.
Will you be restocking _____?
Our inventory for each product is automatically updated on the website. If something is sold out unfortunately that means that item is no longer available. Restocking limited edition collections and last chance items are unknown although the items in our Classic Collection are continuously being restocked. Please contact us to inquire about a possible pre-order. To be the first person to find out about new releases and restock timelines sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of the page!
Where are your products manufactured?
As a small business we try our best to not only celebrate the province of Ontario but also contribute to Ontario's economy. All of our branded products are printed and embroidered by a variety of businesses across the province such as Windsor, Wallaceburg, London and Hamilton. Every purchase from Best Case Ontario will not only grow our small business, but also support the many local businesses that helped to produce our products.
I am purchasing a gift for someone and I don't know what size to get?
Please contact us regarding which items you are looking at and we will try our best to help find the perfect size for your loved one(s)! If they happen to prefer another size we do offer a 30 day full-exchange policy as long as the item(s) are unused, unworn and in the original condition. If you want to avoid returning any items, we recommend purchasing a gift card or an item that does not require sizing such as our trendy ball caps, toques or bamboo coasters which are awesome for a cottage or patio!
What types of payments do you accept at events, markets and pop-up shops?
For events, markets and pop-up shops Best Case Ontario accepts cash and most major credit cards providers such as Visa and MasterCard. At our consignment locations cash, debit and credit is available.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes we currently ship Canada-wide with a standard shipping fee of $13 CAD. The estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days, however this timeline may vary depending on its the final destination.
We're also excited to offer free Canada-wide shipping via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel Service for orders over $100 CAD.
Since we operate out of Chatham-Kent we also offer FREE doorstep pickup at two locations in Chatham-Kent (Ridgetown and Dresden, Ontario). Choose this option during the checkout process and you will be contacted about pickup options or the arrival date of your order.

How do your products fit?
The majority of our products except are unisex sizing. We generally advise women to purchase one size smaller than their usual size. If you are inquiring about a specific product, check out the description and the size chart located above the add to cart button.
Return & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. This policy does not include item(s) that have wear and tear or have been damaged while in use. In order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition you received it. If damage should occur within 30 days of purchasing without any use of the item, you will receive a full refund or replacement for your purchased item.
Please contact info@bestcaseontario.com by email explaining the reason for return/exchange and we would be happy to assist you. Once your return is approved, the credit will be redistributed to your preferred email by e-transfer.
You can also exchange your item(s) for a different size, colour or product of equal value or deducted from the balance of an item of more value while quantities last. If your order was shipped, the shipping costs to return the product are non-refundable and a return will not be granted until the product is returned. If an exchange is required we would be happy to pick up the costs to send the new item(s) to the address of the original order.
All last chance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Items that are considered final sale are indicated in the description. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.
