Luxe Collection Order Update
Customers who purchased items from our Luxe Collection: Wilderness, please expect a delay in receiving your order by 2-3 weeks. Due to a high volume of orders and ongoing challenges related to the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), production operations such as restock timelines of products have been delayed.
We want to assure you that we are working hard to get your Best Case Ontario gear to you as soon as possible and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We expect to have the orders ready for pick-up and shipped out by the first week of November. Although we will be providing updates if this time frame changes.
Each order will be processed in the order they were received. For local pickup, you will be contacted by text message or email as soon as your order is ready for pickup, and for the orders needing to be shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your Canada Post tracking information. Please don't be concerned if your tracking does not update for a few days. Your order is still on its way to you.
Please do not fret, we have not forgotten about your order and are taking care of it! We assure you that this collection will be worth the wait and your patience will not go overlooked!
